Healthcare management
An individual project of situational leadership in the healthcare field.
What we propose is an individual training program that enhances the leadership skills of medical leaders in guiding their collaborators, starting from the acquisition of basic people management tools: delegation, feedback, working towards objectives, evaluation, empowerment, accompanying the participant towards new concrete and situational experiential practices. The program is carried out in collaboration with Novartis.
