IRCOM is the research center of Gruppo Prospecta, created with the aim of deepening and spreading knowledge on the topics of organizational change and management.
The Institute represents the place where academic research, field experimentation, and managerial practices meet, with an approach that integrates social sciences, neuroscience, and organizational anthropology.

IRCOM develops research and dissemination activities that are structured as follows:
Qualitative and quantitative studies on change processes in organizations.
Applied research projects in collaboration with universities, institutes, and companies.
Innovative experiments: neuroscience applied to management, neurometric tools, and hyperscanning methodologies.
Cultural dissemination through conferences, workshops, publications, and training activities.
