City training
Guided by expert trainers and local guides, participants are accompanied on a journey through urban and extra-urban locations of particular metaphorical significance for the organizational message to be conveyed. Urban culture, its history, and its evolution become a stimulus for integration, enhancement of the team, rediscovery of one's own organizational culture, or the development of change. Among the most recent experiences of GruppoProspecta: Marrakech, Paris, Lisbon, Stockholm, Cannes, Rome, Milan, Venice, Orvieto.
Theater
Theater is a highly engaging activity that generates discussion and exchange of experiences: a true catalyst for individual and group engagement, with tools that involve emotion and personal and professional involvement. With a staff of professional actors and directors, GruppoProspecta creates an experience where, through a playful and performative approach, the abilities of self-care and care for others, interpersonal relationships, innovation, and change are improved.
Storytelling
Storytelling allows us to make explicit and rework the most emotionally significant themes through narrative mediation (the story, the characters, the action), which safeguards the different levels of willingness to directly share professional episodes. The images that emerge are reworked by the group in a decoding process that allows them to address the most intensely felt and pressing issues: reflection, play, and creativity at the service of a concrete and collective reading of reality.
Cinema
Cinema has the power to transport the viewer into another reality and, through identification, to help them process questions and answers regarding numerous topics of daily work: a powerful educational tool, also and above all in a distance learning context. Through the guidance of video professionals, the Group also produces cinematic “blobs” aimed at best focusing on a specific corporate theme, a particular situation, or a deeply felt experience.
Music
Through the experience of a professional musician/actor, participants are guided to discover musical notes and, through them, the implicit potential of the group, culminating in the realization of a real concert. The processing of what happened in terms of experiences and emotions will facilitate the expression and distillation of effective team building.
Cooking
For one day, participants swap their usual computers and tablets for ladles and spices, which will be used to prepare an original group dinner. This way, they will experience a fun activity, but at the same time a great training opportunity. The importance of choosing raw materials, processing techniques, and aesthetic choices help highlight the importance of teamwork to achieve a challenging goal, allow for discussion on the topics of change and innovation, and also focus attention on customer care and the topic of evaluation.
