We apply coaching techniques and managerial training methodologies within the school system, for principals, teachers, and administrative staff.

With a decade of experience in educational systems, we offer concrete pathways that foster the development of behavioral and practical skills, supporting the development of the school curriculum.

SUPERVISION

We have contributed to the growth and development of numerous public and private schools in Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Marche, Abruzzo, Sicily. With the Espazia Institute of Rome, we have developed a 15-year collaboration on teacher training and school reception. We collaborate with the Education Offices and hold advanced courses and seminars in collaboration with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.

We help educators and teachers, through interactive educational courses (in person and online), in delivering active, concrete teaching methods that are close to students. Our training program for distance learning offers a specific path for experimenting with new techniques of close distance learning (DaDR), which allow for reducing communication difficulties with students.
