Why we provide this information

With this "Information Notice," the Data Controller, as defined below, wishes to inform you about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data you have provided and/or collected from third parties and about the rights granted to you by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural personslegal persons, with regard to the processing of personal data as well as their free movement (hereinafter "GDPR"). This Information Notice may be supplemented by the Data Controller if any additional services you request require further processing.

The Data Controller 

The Data Controller is Gruppo Prospecta S.r.l, with registered office in Milan, Via San Gerolamo Emiliani 12, ZIP code 20135 (email: info@gruppoprospecta.it; Tel. +39 0254122394), VAT no. 05551870966 (hereinafter Gruppo Prospecta).

The types of data processed

The processing of personal data concerns: 

· personal data
· your e-mail address
· your company
· the role you play in the company

Personal data is processed with your prior consent in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR, given your free choice to register for the above-mentioned event by providing the necessary information for your registration.

If you do not provide consent, your data will not be processed by the Data Controller. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible for the company to proceed with your request to register for the "People management" course presentation event.

The purposes of processing

the data provided by the participants is collected and processed to organize the presentation event of the "People management" course;

The recipients of the data

The data collected will be processed by the personnel of Gruppo Prospecta responsible for the organization and management of the above-described event; the data may also be shared, as an independent Data Controller, with Quadrifor, the Bilateral Institute for the development of training for Managers in the tertiary sector, established in 1995 on the basis of the contractual agreement signed by Confcommercio and Filcams-CGIL, Fisascat-CISL, UilTucs-UIL. According to the current National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary Sector, the Institute promotes classroom and distance training initiatives, as well as information activities aimed at developing the knowledge and professional skills of Managers in the Tertiary Sector.

Without your express consent, the Data Controller may also disclose your data to supervisory bodies and judicial authorities where required by law.

The data will not be communicated to additional third parties and will not be disclosed or transferred abroad in any way.

The processing methods

The processing of personal data is carried out with reference to the operations indicated in art.4 no.2 of the GDPR.

The processing may be carried out in paper and electronic form and will be implemented in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with current legislation, inspired by the principles of fairness and lawfulness of processing.

Personal data will be actively processed for the time necessary for the organization and management of the event. The information collected will be retained for 10 days after the event and subsequently deleted or anonymized.

The rights of the data subjects

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to personal data, their portability, and the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The specific request must be submitted by contacting the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.

The Rights of Complaint

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data is carried out in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority Piazza (www.gpdp.it - www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take action before the appropriate judicial authorities (art. 79 of the Regulation).
