The performance system proposed by GruppoProspecta serves as a strong element of support and guidance for multiple company policies: change management, corporate culture, meritocracy, professional development, goal-oriented work, and organization. It is necessary to develop a performance evaluation system that allows for the direction and reinforcement of expected behaviors in line with strategic objectives and to enhance the managerial capabilities of the entire structure.
