A practical course to experiment with the logic and methods of designing and delivering distance learning
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• understand how learning changes remotely and through digital means, aligning with the most recent discoveries in the field of neuroscience;
• rethinking the logic and guidelines of traditional training in light of the new technological and relational scenario;
• master the main concepts and tools related to digital innovation in the educational field (LMS, instructional design, learning object, ...);
• design effective courses delivered partially or entirely remotely;
• harness all the potential of digital technology to communicate and train remotely in an interactive and engaging way, activating and managing emotions and group dynamics;
• conceive and create training pills, multimedia materials, courses to be delivered asynchronously.
RECIPIENTS
The course is aimed at training managers and designers, HR managers and business partners, trainers and classroom tutors who work within companies and who are interested in deepening their understanding of the ongoing changes in the field of distance learning.
METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS
The effectiveness of the course lies in the particular methodology adopted: few theoretical moments accompany an experience focused on enhancing individual and group experiences, highlighted by a sequence of experiential and narrative exercises, designed in line with the most recent discoveries in the neuroscientific field. These activities are supported by moments of reflection in small groups, aimed at mutually stimulating the participants. An individual follow-up and a group follow-up will allow for operational fine-tuning of what has been learned, together with sharing what has actually been improved in one's work by priority. A significant part of the course will be devoted to the metacognitive dimension of the learning process: participants will be invited to reflect on how they are learning during the workshop, highlighting the limits and critical issues of the different approaches and experimenting with new solutions. At the end of the course, each participant will engage—as a project work—in delivering a remote training module, using the main platforms available.
DURATION
: 5 training days, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, on a weekly basis.
PARTICIPANTS
: from 8 to 14 per session.
PROGRAM
The course will be held remotely, according to the FADR methodology, with an interactive approach.
