ASSESSMENT CENTER

Gruppo Prospecta designs assessment centers in a co-design approach with clients, in order to create tools that are clear, transparent, and as intelligible as possible even for non-specialists.

Assessments are typically used in key phases of cultural and organizational change, and they are most effective when integrated upstream and downstream with other HR tools that enhance the value of resources and teams involved.

Gruppo Prospecta offers both comprehensive, structured programs — aimed primarily at key figures and teams — and “quick assessments”, able to provide highly reliable results through faster methods suitable for larger groups.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

The performance management system proposed by Gruppo Prospecta serves as a strong element of support and guidance for multiple corporate policies: change management, organizational culture, meritocracy, professional development, goal setting, and organizational design.

It is essential to develop a performance evaluation system that directs and reinforces expected behaviors in line with strategic goals, while enhancing managerial capabilities across the organization.

For this reason, we combine the “what” (performance/objectives) with the “how” (behaviors), seen as two interdependent sides of performance evaluation.
