Theatre

With a staff of professional actors and directors, Gruppo Prospecta creates experiences where, through a playful and performative key, participants enhance their capacity for self-care, interpersonal relationships, innovation, and change.

Storytelling

Storytelling allows participants to express and re-elaborate emotionally significant themes through the narrative medium(story, characters, action), safeguarding different levels of willingness to directly share professional episodes.

The images and insights that emerge are reworked by the group in a process of decoding, enabling reflection, creativity, and play in service of a concrete and collective reading of reality.

Cinema

Cinema has the power to transport viewers into another reality and, through identification, to help them process questions and answers relating to many aspects of daily work. It is a powerful training tool, especially in the context of distance learning.

With the guidance of video professionals, Gruppo Prospecta also creates cinematic “blobs” designed to highlight specific corporate themes, situations, or lived experiences that deserve focus.

Music

Through the experience of a professional musician/actor, participants are introduced to the world of musical notes and, through them, to the implicit potential of the group, culminating in the creation of a real concert.

Cooking

For one day, participants put aside computers and tablets and pick up ladles and spices, working together to prepare an original group dinner.
